While we love helping keep outdoor gear out of the landfill, some repairs require specialized equipment or materials that we don't currently provide.

Safety Note: We do not repair or modify life-support equipment such as climbing harnesses, carabiners, helmets, or other safety-critical gear. If there is any question about the integrity of safety equipment, we recommend replacement.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my store credit toward a rental?
Store credit can be used toward services and eligible shop purchases, but it cannot currently be used toward rental reservations. Rental reservations require a valid card on file for the duration of the rental.
Can I return my rental after hours?
Yes! After-hours drop-off is available for rental returns. Our main store is open until 7:00 PM Monday–Saturday and 6:00 PM Sunday
No Drop-offs after both are closed!
Where can I check current trail, snow, and avalanche conditions?
Conditions can change quickly in Alaska, so we recommend checking current conditions before heading out!
